  • WhatsApp number (for match coordination only)
  • Payment information (processed by Razorpay — we never store card details)

Your data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To process tournament registrations and payments
  • To send match credentials (Room ID, passwords) via WhatsApp
  • To display team names on public leaderboards
  • To generate winner/participation certificates
  • To contact you about tournament updates
  • To prevent fraud and ensure fair play

3. Information Sharing

We take your privacy seriously and are transparent about how your data is shared:

  • We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
  • Team names and leader names are publicly visible on leaderboards
  • WhatsApp numbers are only accessible to ArenaX admins
  • Payment data is processed exclusively by Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant)
  • We may share data if required by Indian law

4. Data Storage & Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Data is stored securely on encrypted servers
  • All API communications use HTTPS encryption
  • Admin access is protected by JWT authentication
  • We implement rate limiting to prevent brute-force attacks

ArenaX uses minimal client-side storage and does not rely on invasive tracking:

  • ArenaX uses localStorage for session management (admin tokens)
  • We use sessionStorage for temporary registration data

We are committed to protecting the privacy of younger users:

  • ArenaX does not knowingly collect data from children under 13
  • Users aged 13–18 must have parental consent
  • If we learn we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it
